This Cottage sits on the shores of Black Lake in Muskoka with nice lake exposure and easy sandy entry for kids or elderly people, the water is deep at the end of the dock with room to bring your own motorized boats or to use the cottage's Kayak. The road side of the cottage is long and flat with a Bunkie and Trampoline. Parking is plentiful for your vehicles and or boat trailers. The lake is a gentle slope from the cottage. A big deck overlooking the lake with a BBQ. Fire pit is right in front of the lake.
